About the Team

We at Connected Customer Experience team are dedicated to empowering every customer with AI-native experiences that drive critical business outcomes across growth, fulfilment, and service. We focus on driving ecosystem growth by reimagining self-service through autonomous AI and building agentic AI-powered workspaces to increase team productivity. Join us in creating a unified single pane of action that delivers long-term value and loyalty for our customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8+ years of experience in Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications
• Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or Angular/Vue).
• Solid understanding of back-end technologies: Java, Python, Node.js or similar
• Strong understanding of distributed messaging - Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating design and development work.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar for prototyping.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) , responsive design and Automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level.
