Store Incharge

 Verify materials received at the office against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.

 Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRN) and related documentation.

 Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material confirmation.

 Visit sites for material inspection and stock verification.

 Track stock availability at office and site locations.

 Monitor material inward, outward, and consumption.

 Maintain essential stock and ensure availability of frequently used items.

 Record all transactions (MRN, receipts, issues, consumption) in ERP/Excel.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

 Coordinate with site engineers to track material usage and requirements.

 Conduct monthly stock verification across all sites.

 Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.

 Arrange vehicles for transportation of materials between vendors, office, warehouse, and project

sites.

 Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers for timely vehicle placement and material

delivery.

 Plan and manage logistics activities for dispatch and receipt of materials.

 Ensure timely movement of materials to avoid delays in site operations.

 Maintain vehicle movement records, dispatch details, and delivery tracking reports.

 Coordinate loading and unloading activities at stores and site locations.

 Follow up on pending deliveries and update concerned departments regarding delivery status.
