Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our organic grocery store. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer experience, drive sales, manage store staff, and maintain high standards of product quality and store presentation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth functioning
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
• Sales & RevenueDrive store sales and achieve monthly targets
• Monitor key performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, inventory turnover)
• Plan and execute promotional activities and offers
• Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor stock levels and ensure product availability
• Manage ordering, replenishment, and vendor coordination
• Reduce wastage and shrinkage, especially for perishable organic products
• Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise store staff
• Create staff schedules and manage attendance
• Motivate team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service
• Customer ExperienceEnsure superior customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Build strong relationships with repeat customers
• Educate customers about organic products and benefits
• Vendor & Product ManagementCoordinate with suppliers for timely stock delivery
• Ensure quality checks for organic produce and grocery items
