Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and knowledge of organic retail products.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations ManagementManage day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Maintain store standards in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and product presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
  • 2. Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Drive promotions, offers, and upselling initiatives.
  • 3. Inventory & Supply ChainOversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting.
  • Minimize stock losses, wastage, and pilferage.
  • Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.
  • 4. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • 5. Customer ExperienceEnsure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty.
  • 6. Visual MerchandisingImplement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and attractive.
  • 7. Reporting & AnalysisTrack daily sales, footfall, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  • Use data insights for decision-making and process improvement.
