Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven store manager to lead our laptop retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and stock reconciliation.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and store compliance procedures.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, service center, and management for smooth business operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a store manager in laptop, electronics, or consumer durable retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
• Good knowledge of laptops and IT products.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
