Supervisor/Incharge

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Men's PG Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the men's paying guest (PG) accommodation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the property, maintain discipline, address resident concerns, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and provide a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily operations of the men's PG.
• Manage resident check-ins, check-outs, room allotments, and documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and kitchen staff.
• Handle resident complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to PG rules and regulations.
• Monitor attendance of housekeeping and support staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and facility standards.
• Maintain occupancy records, rent collection status, and inventory.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and vendor services when required.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management.

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in PG, hostel, hotel, or facility management is preferred.
• Freshers with strong supervisory skills may also be considered.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in managing men's hostels or PG accommodations.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and facility management practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies.
