Social Media Executive

Smart Berry Digital Agency is looking for a passionate Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to manage and grow our YouTube channels, Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and other social media platforms through organic strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple YouTube channels, Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and other social media platforms.
• Publish and schedule videos, posts, reels, and shorts.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, hashtags, tags, thumbnails, and keywords for maximum organic reach.
• Monitor channel and page performance using YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
• Increase subscribers, followers, watch time, reach, engagement, and overall organic traffic.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
• Research trending topics and content ideas to improve organic growth.
• Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and video editing teams.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and platform updates.
• Required SkillsGood understanding of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of keyword research and hashtag optimization.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, SMO, or Digital Marketing.
• Freshers with strong knowledge of social media optimization are also encouraged to apply.
