Supervisor/Incharge

Position: Supervisor – Yummpys

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the food counter to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Supervise and guide frontline staff (cashiers, kitchen helpers, service crew).

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area.

Ensure stock availability; coordinate with inventory team for replenishment.

Conduct opening and closing checks of the outlet.

Train new staff and ensure team productivity and discipline.

Monitor staff attendance, shift scheduling, and performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.

Support promotional activities and upselling to improve sales.
