Job Description

Job Title: Science & Mathematics Trainer (Grade 8–10)Location:On-site at Education Centre (with online content creation responsibilities)

About the RoleWe are looking for passionate and knowledgeable trainers to teach Science and Mathematics to students of Grades 8, 9, and 10. The role involves both classroom teaching and recording high-quality video lectures for our online learning platform.

This is an ideal opportunity for educators who enjoy simplifying concepts, engaging students, and building scalable educational content.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom TeachingDeliver engaging and structured lessons for Grade 8–10 Science and Mathematics
  • Simplify complex concepts for better student understanding
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and regular assessments
  • Track student progress and provide feedback
  • Content Creation (Online Platform)Record video lectures covering syllabus topics
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and structured explanation in videos
  • Collaborate with the team to design course modules and lesson plans
  • Continuously improve content based on student feedback
  • Skills & RequirementsStrong conceptual knowledge in Science and/or Mathematics (Grade 8–10 level)
  • Ability to explain concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner
  • Good communication skills (English required; regional language is a plus)
  • Basic comfort with recording videos (guidance will be provided)
  • Prior teaching experience preferred (not mandatory for strong candidates)
  • CompensationMonthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and skill)
