Job Description

We Are Hiring for Telecalling Team Leaders

Job Role:

  • Handle and manage the telecalling team
  • Train and guide telecallers to achieve better performance
  • Support the team in customer conversion and follow-ups
  • Maintain reports and share daily updates with management
  • Motivate the team and ensure productivity
  • Coordinate between management and telecalling executives


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team follows company scripts and guidelines
  • Coordinate with backend teams for service closure
  • Monitor team performance
  • Attend regular meetings scheduled by the company
  • Guide and support the team for smooth service delivery
  • Use the company application and calling system for services
  • Maintain proper communication with customers and avoid false information
  • Follow company instructions and work timelines strictly
  • Review team call records and reports when required
