- Key Responsibilities, For Team Member (TM):Prepare and serve food items as per Wow! Momo SOPs
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the store and kitchen area
- Take customer orders and ensure excellent service delivery
- Assist in inventory handling and daily store upkeep
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and grooming standards
- Skills & Competencies ,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food service and hospitality
- Problem-solving attitude with team spirit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
- Educational Qualification 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (depending on role)
- Hotel Management or Food Service certification is a plus
