Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build technical capabilities and foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies relevant to SAP Successfactors.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure integration solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integration landscapes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and API management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
