Technical Head - CNC Manufacturing

Role Purpose: The Technical Head is the core technical authority of Roqlar Precision.

This person must be capable of personally programming, proving, and optimizing CNC jobs and building a scalable manufacturing system.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a coordination role.

MANDATORY SKILLS Applicants must have personally done:

• CNC Programming (at least one):
• Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi
• G-code + CAM (Fusion 360 / Mastercam / NX)
• Process sheet creation from drawings
• Cycle time optimization
• Tool selection, insert grades, cutting data
• Fixture concept & prove-out
• First-off prove, trial correction, stabilization



If the candidate has never typed code or post-processed CAM output themselves, they are NOT eligible.

• Key Responsibilities: Own all CNC programming & process engineering
• Approve:
• Programs
• Tools
• Fixtures
• Inspection methods
• Lead:
• New part development
• Complex tolerance parts
• Customer technical discussions
• Reduce cycle time, tool cost, and rejection
• Define standards for:
• Programming
• Setup
• Tool life
• Proving methodology
• Mentor Production & CAM engineers
• Preferred Background: Automotive / Aerospace / Defense machining
• Multi-machine environment (VMC + Turning)
• ISO / IATF / AS9100 exposure
• Mindset: Builder, not caretaker
• Comfortable being challenged technically
• High accountability
