Technical Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and field-ready Technical Officer to join our valuation team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of independent field inspections and analytical reporting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of property valuations through rigorous on-site due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Inspections: Visit 3 to 5 properties per day to conduct physical inspections.

• Due Diligence: Verify property dimensions, boundaries, and occupancy status against legal documents and site realities.

• Technical Assessment: Evaluate the quality of construction, age of the building, maintenance levels, and neighborhood infrastructure.

• Data Collection: Capture high-quality photographs and site measurements to support the valuation.

• Report Generation: Compile findings into comprehensive valuation reports, ensuring all data points are accurate and submitted within strict daily deadlines.

• Market Research: Keep abreast of local real estate trends and guideline values to provide realistic assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience: Prior experience in property valuation, site inspection, or real estate technical audits is highly preferred.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and land maps.

• Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for daily site visits.

• Soft Skills: Strong time management (to balance site visits and reporting) and high ethical standards.
