Technical Program Manager, AI
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing the unique complexities and fast-paced life-cycle of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software development projects.
- Experience in leading Agile transformations, with a track record of coaching and upskilling engineering teams in Agile delivery and ceremonies.
- Ability to apply program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects (planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. - Own and drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional engineering efforts within a specific domain or product area.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and help software teams adopt and mature their Agile practices to improve efficiency.
- Implement governance structures for prioritization and execution within your assigned area to ensure alignment with key success metrics.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
- Use sound judgment to drive project planning, scheduling, execution, and communication, building consensus among team members and partners.
