Job Title: Jio Fiber Technician*
*Location:* Hyderabad
*Salary:* ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives
### Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and hardworking *Jio Fiber Technicians* for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Jio Fiber connections. The technician will visit customer locations, install fiber connections, resolve network issues, and provide excellent customer support. Typical responsibilities in Jio Fiber technician roles include installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer service support.
### Responsibilities
* Install and activate Jio Fiber connections at customer premises.
* Troubleshoot internet and fiber connectivity issues.
* Perform fiber splicing, cabling, and router configuration.
* Attend service requests and fault complaints.
* Educate customers on Jio Fiber services and plans.
* Maintain installation and service records.
* Follow safety and company guidelines during field work.
### Eligibility
* 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Basic knowledge of networking and fiber optics is preferred.
* Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
* Good communication skills.
