Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain services/products, and generate leads. The candidate should be confident in speaking with customers and maintaining good relationships.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services/products
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
Maintain customer database and update call records
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Coordinate with sales/team members when required
Resolve basic customer queries and provide support
