Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining services/products to customers, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain company products/services clearly

Generate and qualify leads

Follow up with interested customers

Maintain call records and update customer details

Handle customer queries professionally

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

Freshers can apply

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good convincing skills
