Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for interacting with customers over phone calls to generate leads, promote products or services, handle inquiries, and provide customer support. The role involves both outbound calls (sales/marketing) and inbound calls (customer assistance).
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or further engagement
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
