Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls. The role involves explaining products or services, answering customer queries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to help achieve sales

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers

* Receive and handle inbound calls professionally

* Explain products/services clearly and persuasively

* Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues

* Follow up on leads and maintain call records

* Handle objections politely and professionally
