Job Description

Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities:

* The candidate will be responsible for providing course information (Engineering, Medical, and Management) to students and parents to help them make the right choice.

* Provide telephonic counselling and handle incoming and outgoing calls.

* Enter information into the CRM and maintain the student database through regular follow-ups and engagement to provide timely support.

* Promote continuous engagement with students.

* The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
