We are hiring Telecallers for our reputed Educational University.
Your role is to contact prospective students, explain university courses, guide them about the admission process, and help them choose the right program.
✨ Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students who have inquired about courses
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound queries about admissions and programs
- Maintain student data and update follow-up records
- Schedule counseling sessions / campus visits
- Provide timely follow-up until admission is completed
🎯 Requirements
Good communication Skills (Telugu/ English)
- Confident and student-friendly communication
- Freshers can also apply
- Experience in education counseling is a plus.
