Job Description:

Markverse Digital Solutions is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to handle leads, communicate with prospective clients, and convert inquiries into admissions and business opportunities. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.

* Explain our Digital Marketing, AI, Website Development, and Training Programs.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Convert inquiries into admissions and sales opportunities.

* Maintain lead records and follow-up schedules.

* Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead status.

* Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.

* Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements:

* Female candidates only.

* Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

* Excellent Telugu communication skills are mandatory.

* Basic English communication skills.

* Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling skills.
