Job Description
Call customers to remind them about pending payments (loans, EMIs, credit cards, etc.)
Explain outstanding balances, due dates, and penalties
Convince customers to make timely payments
Negotiate repayment plans or settlements when required
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
Follow up regularly until the payment is completed
Meet daily/weekly collection targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (Telugu/Hindi + basic English)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
- Patience and ability to handle difficult conversations
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
DRA Certification Need.
