Job Description
About Amodha Infra Amodha Infra is a premium gated community and villa plot developer in Hyderabad with 16 years of experience and 8 successfully completed projects.
Role You will handle warm leads coming in through our digital ads. These are real people who have shown interest in buying a premium villa plot. Your job is to call them within 15 minutes, build rapport, and get them to visit our site on Saturday.
What you will do
- Call every incoming lead within 15 minutes — no exceptions
- Speak confidently in Telugu and English
- Have a natural, consultative conversation — not a script
- Understand our project and explain it clearly
- Handle objections and follow up persistently
- Convert leads to Saturday site visits
- Maintain Excel tracker of all leads daily
- Share call recordings with founder every evening
- Coordinate with digital marketing team on lead flow
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years telecalling or inside sales experience
- Fluent Telugu and English — both mandatory
- Confident, warm and articulate on the phone
- Can hold a conversation naturally — not robotic
- Real estate, banking, insurance or high ticket sales background preferred
- Based in Hyderabad, commute to Kondapur daily
- Available 6 days a week including Saturdays, Sundays. Tuesday Week OFF
