Job Description

  • Telecaller – Dhruva College of Design & Graduate StudiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents regarding admissions and course details.
  • Explain programs, eligibility, fee structure, and campus facilities clearly.
  • Follow up with leads generated through calls, website, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain student enquiry records and coordinate with the admissions team.
  • Provide professional communication and support to prospective students throughout the admission process.
