Job Description

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential customers to introduce, promote, and sell real estate projects.
  • Lead Management: Generate, track, and update leads, nurturing them until they are ready for a site visit.
  • Property Information: Provide detailed information on property features, pricing, and payment plans to prospects.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and site visits between clients and sales representatives.
  • Data Maintenance: Accurately update customer information and interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential clients to maintain relationships and encourage buying.
