Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers with pending credit card dues
- Explain outstanding balances, interest, and penalties
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Persuade customers to clear outstanding payments
- Negotiate repayment plans (EMI options, settlements)
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Track “promise to pay” cases and follow up regularly
- Ensure timely reminders via calls or messages
- Maintain consistent communication with delinquent customers
- Update call details, customer responses, and payment status in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Prepare daily/weekly collection reports
- Follow all collection practices as per RBI regulations
- Avoid harassment, threats, or inappropriate language
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information
