Tele Caller (Inside Sales)
Company: Globus Accounting
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
Globus Accounting is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Tele Callers to connect with customers, explain our services, generate quality leads, and schedule appointments.
Services
Credit Score Improvement (Credit Repair)
Personal, Business & Home Loans
Loan Against Property (LAP)
CA & CS Services
GST, Income Tax & Company Registration
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls.
Explain company services and qualify customer requirements.
Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments.
Maintain CRM records accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu or any other state languages.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in Tele Sales, BPO, Banking, Loans, Insurance, or Financial Services is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
