Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Calling Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products, services, or offers clearly.
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily call records and customer data.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
  • Follow company scripts and communication guidelines.
