Job Description
Telecaller – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.
- Job Title: Telecaller/Pre-sales In Realestate
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 1 to 2
- Location: Isnapur, Hyderabad
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits or sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Time management and multitasking abilities
