Telecalling Executive

Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in domestic or overseas education, schedule appointments for interested students with educational counsellors for more in-depth discussions, conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain communication with prospective students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students regarding undergraduate course admissions and university options.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Convert inquiries into successful student enrollments.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and student interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication, counseling, and sales skills.
• Experience in education, admissions, tele-calling, or sales is preferred.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
