Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Educational Consultancy)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female telecallers to join our educational consultancy team. The role involves interacting with students and universities over phone calls, providing information about courses, admissions, and guiding students in their education planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and universities

Explain courses, admission procedures, and consultancy services

Follow up with interested students regularly

Maintain call records and student data

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information

Build good communication with students and university representatives

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English + local language)

Basic computer knowledge

Friendly and convincing speaking ability

Prior telecalling or counseling experience is a plus
