Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives


Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain our services, and generate leads or sales over calls.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products/services clearly

Generate leads and follow up regularly

Maintain call records and customer database

Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions

Achieve daily/weekly targets


Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Degree

Good communication skills (Telugu / English / Hindi)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills:

Sales or telecalling experience

Good convincing skills

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
