Job Description
Job Summary:
The Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential or existing customers. The role involves promoting products or services, addressing customer queries, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned call or sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Explain product or service features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain customer databases.
Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments where applicable.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Record details of calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM or call management systems.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.
Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); a graduate degree is preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle rejection.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving performance targets.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in BPO, call center, or telesales roles.
Multilingual abilities (especially regional languages).
Knowledge of the company’s industry or products.
Work Environment:
Office-based or remote (depending on company policy).
Shift timings may vary depending on business hours or target region.
