Job Description
Mukku Financial Services is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and are passionate about building a career in the financial services industry.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain our financial products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with interested clients.
- Answer customer queries in a professional manner.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain call reports and update the CRM system.
- EligibilityMinimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome. Experienced candidates are preferred.
- Good communication skills in Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi and English is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
