Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive for a real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and assisting potential customers with property-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to property sales and projects
  • Explain property details, pricing, and offers to customers
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
