Job Description
Telecalling Executive – Job Description (RN Overseas Education Consultants)
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecalling Executive to join RN Overseas Education Consultants. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide students regarding overseas education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
• Explain study abroad services, admission process, and available countries/universities
• Generate leads and schedule counselling appointments
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly
• Maintain student database and update call records
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Handle basic queries professionally and direct students to counsellors when needed
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Prior telecalling / sales / counselling experience is preferred
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
