Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

  • Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Explain product/service features, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
  • Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure good customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
