Job Description

We are hiring energetic Telecallers for Driver Sourcing to onboard drivers for our fleet operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential drivers and explain job opportunities
  • Convert leads into successful driver onboarding
  • Follow up with interested drivers till joining
  • Maintain daily calling and onboarding reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass/Any Graduate
  • Good communication skills (Telugu/Hindi mandatory)
  • Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
