Lead Generation Executive

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential leaders and prospects on social media and online communities.

- Initiate and manage conversations with prospects via chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other platforms.  

- Share basic information about our programs/opportunities in a clear and professional manner.  

- Answer basic queries and maintain courteous, consistent communication with prospects.  

- Qualify leads based on interest and readiness, and hand them over to the onboarding team.  

- Follow structured daily processes and reporting formats.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.  

- Strong chatting and communication skills; *English proficiency is mandatory*.  

- Proficiency in social media and messaging apps (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).

- Basic computer and internet skills (Google searches, simple Excel/Google Sheets, email).  

- Research orientation to find and engage potential leaders in online groups and communities.  

- Systematic and organized approach; ability to follow processes and update records.  

- Prior experience in lead generation or digital marketing is a plus but not required.

### Work Details

- *Shift timing:* 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days per week).  

- *Probation:* 6 months (performance‑based).  

- *Initial package:* ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on performance and skills).  

- After successful completion of probation, *food and accommodation will be provided by the company*.
