Job Description

Position: Tele Caller

Company: Sreedhar’s CCE

Location: Hyderabad 

Experience Required: Fresher to 5 Years

Number of positions:5 to 10

Salary :Depends on the interview 

Qualification: B.Tech,MBA,BBA 


Job Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to students and parents for course enquiries

Explain courses, fees, and benefits of Sreedhar’s CCE

Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions

Maintain call records and daily reports

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally


Requirements:

0 to 4 years of experience in tele calling / counselling / sales

Good communication skills in Telugu/ Basic English

Convincing and result-oriented approach

Basic computer knowledge
