Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads or sales over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads and ensure closure
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain professionalism and good communication at all times
  • Explain services clearly and effectively


Requirements:

  • English Telugu Hindi
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Previous telecalling or customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory) 


Qualification:

Minimum: 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree


Salary:
