Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively call prospective students to introduce educational programs and convert inquiries into admissions.


  • Inbound/Outbound Calling: Manage high-volume outbound calls, follow-ups, and inbound queries regarding courses, fees, and enrollment.


  • Counselling: Provide detailed information on curriculum, career paths, and fee structures to students and parents.


  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling targets and monthly admission targets.


  • Support & Follow-up: Guide students through the application and registration process.
