We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who will guide students in choosing the right training programs and support them throughout the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students shape their careers.
- Key Responsibilities Counsel students and working professionals about our Web Development and Digital Marketing training programs
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
- Maintain a database of leads and track interactions
- Provide detailed information about course structure, duration, fees, and career opportunities
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the training and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
- Conduct career guidance sessions (online/offline)
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of IT courses (Web Development / Digital Marketing preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- EligibilityAny Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Prior experience in counselling / telecalling / sales is an added advantage
