Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to promote our services/products and connect with potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

• Explain products/services and their benefits to prospective clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and handle customer queries promptly.
• Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns.
• Maintain professionalism and positive customer relations at all times.

Requirements : Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can be adjusted as per organization’s schedule)
