Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities at Epoque Group:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects
  • Generating and qualifying property leads for the sales team
  • Explaining project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to prospective buyers
  • Scheduling site visits and coordinating meetings with sales managers
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with interested customers for conversions
  • Maintaining and updating customer data and lead status in CRM systems
  • Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth lead closure processes
  • Building strong customer relationships through professional communication
  • Achieving daily and monthly lead generation and site visit targets
  • Ensuring prompt customer engagement to improve conversions and sales opportunities
