Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and digital inquiries
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Train and motivate team members for better performance
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up system
  • Handle client queries and provide proper product information
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations team
  • Required Skills:Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability
  • Leadership and team handling experience
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
  • Target-oriented mindset
