Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your role involves fostering innovation in testing strategies, driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive automation solutions, and ensuring that the testing function delivers consistent and measurable improvements in product quality across projects and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation-related issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
