Position Overview

Contract Management & TPRM Analyst

Contract Management

  • Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms, conditions, obligations, and liabilities.

  • Draft, revise, and negotiate contract language and amendments with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Implement and maintain contract management procedures, databases, and records.

  • Identify contractual risks, advise teammates and management on mitigations, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Financial Risk Assessment

  • Assist in analyzing and monitoring risk metrics—credit, market, and operational risks.

  • Collect and analyze financial data to detect trends, anomalies, and potential exposure.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards illustrating risk assessment findings, trends, and recommendations for management.

  • Support regulatory compliance efforts through risk documentation and control assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Business Law, or related field.

  • Master’s or MBA with specialization in contracts/risk management (preferred).

Experience & Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years in contract analysis/management or financial risk assessment.

  • Proficient in financial modeling tools (Excel, VBA), data visualization, and analytical software.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, modeling, and problem-solving.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication—able to advise stakeholders and present findings.

  • Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills—managing multiple contracts and analyses.

Negotiation capabilities to achieve favorable terms and mitigate contractual risk.
